We need your biographical form, a picture of yourself, and Arms by no later than 31 May 2009. Any information received after this date will not be included, as this book will be in alphabetical order of head of entry ( eg "Smith of Tonbridge" ), and we cannot go back into the pagination of the book to insert a late entry in its alphabetical place. It is simply not practical and we want the book published by the end of June. There will also be two indexes of surnames and titles at the back, so by surname: "Smith, R A, see Smith of Tonbridge", and by title, "Tonbridge, see Smith of Tonbridge".
